Welcome to Mahavir Sports. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.mahavirsportsindia.shop (the "Website") and any purchase you make from us, including orders placed via WhatsApp or email. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About Us

The Website is operated by Mahavir Sports, an individual-owned business (sole proprietorship), located at 70, First Floor, Poojan Complex, Near Rajhans Cinema, New India Colony, Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380049, India. You can reach us at support@mahavirsportsindia.shop or on WhatsApp.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. Minors may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Products & Information

• We try to display products, colours, specifications and prices as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.
• Product images on the Website may be representative and for illustration purposes. Before you confirm an order, we will share the actual product details on WhatsApp on request.
• All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Product prices shown on the Website do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges depend on your location and order size, and are clearly communicated on WhatsApp before you confirm the order.
• The total amount (product price + delivery charges) confirmed by our team on WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation is final for that order.
• In case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund of any amount paid.
• We accept UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards via secure payment links, and Cash on Delivery on selected PIN codes. We will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN or card CVV.

5. Placing an Order

1. Select a product and click "Order on WhatsApp" or send us a screenshot.
2. Our team confirms availability, product price, delivery charges (extra) and estimated delivery date.
3. Your order is confirmed once you accept the details and payment is received (or COD is approved).
4. You will receive an order confirmation and, after dispatch, a tracking number.

A message or enquiry on WhatsApp is not a confirmed order until we send you an order confirmation.

6. Cancellation

• You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing us.
• Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per our Return & Refund Policy.
• We may cancel an order due to non-availability, pricing errors, an unserviceable PIN code or suspected fraud. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.

7. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

8. Warranty

Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, it is serviced as per the manufacturer's terms. Sports equipment is subject to normal wear and tear; damage due to misuse, improper care (for example, using an un-knocked English willow bat with hard leather balls), accidents or normal wear is not covered.

9. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Copy, reproduce or resell any content without our written permission
• Attempt to disrupt, hack or gain unauthorised access to the Website
• Submit false information or impersonate any person

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images and design, is owned by or licensed to Mahavir Sports and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahavir Sports is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Mahavir Sports against claims, losses or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
